Domestic deliveries (Germany): €3,90 / Free on orders over €60

(inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Shipping is based on the following weights.

Specific taxes and import duties for delivery to a non-EU country must be declared and paid to the relevant authorities of the importing country by the purchaser of the goods. 

 

Shipping time

Unless otherwise specified, domestic delivery (within Germany) of goods shall be made within 3-5 days. For deliveries outside of Germany, items are delivered within 5-10 days from the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and Saturdays and other public holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we will send the articles together in one delivery unless other agreements have been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

For domestic delivery (within Germany) the following payment options are available:

In case of delivery outside Germany, you have the following payment options:

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the shipping of the goods.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt. If you would like to return an item purchased, please contact us first at info@sisterthebrand.com informing us of your order number. We will then let you know the address to send your return to. Any product you return must be unworn and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings. Your item is eligible for free return if the item you received was wrong, damaged, or defective.
